Crazy times

Life has been crazy these past few weeks. Never expected things to turn out as it has. It's just plain crazy and need to figure things out. There are all these whys that I have. Of course, no one there to answer any of them. Life can be pretty boring when you don't have friends. Friends that you can rely on. I just have so-called friends.
This week I learned that the radio station that fired our favorite DJs want to bring back the Christmas Treasure hunt. Only prize is $1200. Guess that's better than nothing. When our guys were on the air they had such great prizes such as concert tickets for the whole year following. Groceries, CDs, even things like X-Box, things for the family. It was a great thing to participate in and trying to win these prizes. And the clues they gave were just awesome.
Well, come this year, the following are the clues for the week:
The treasure lies west of the Watermelons.
The treasure lies north of the mother road.
The treasure lies east of the big river.
The treasure lies south of Paseo.
For now it just seems so lame for those kind of clues.Woop-de-doo, west of the watermelons, north of the mother road, well, at least we know it's not in Rio Rancho!!!! But these are just lame clues. Guess they want to hold out to keep it going a bit longer and they weren't so good at the clues and used clues from previous treasure hunts!!!!! Can you say LAME????
Anyway, the morning DJ is somewhere in Washington DC, so there is no local live DJ. I've been listening in the afternoon to hear what Bev has to say but she's not on the air. Not sure if she's on vacation, or there is no more live local DJs. It's no fun to listen to the station when they don't have real live local DJs. It's really no fun to listen to the radio these days. Hey Parents!!!!

Found this and HAD to share:

A friend posted this on her FB page and thought it was worth sharing with everyone. It has some real meaning and for those that haven't grown up and have kids, well, it's time to grow up!! Your kids need their parents to help them in life, guidance. Don't let them grow up like weeds, as my mom would say. They need to enjoy life and learn the important things as well as fun things.
In the end you parents will be held accountable for the action of your children. What would you say when questioned about how they were raised, grew up without their parents help.
And people wonder why children these days are bullies.
COME ON PARENTS, GROW UP!!!

Can You Say GO COUGARS!!!

Woke up to a cloudy morning!! Little bit of rain overnight. Not really what you would call rain, but the pavement is wet!! Now it's starting to clear up, so we'll have to wait another time for rain or snow!!

Well, the UNM Lobos lost another football game. They played Nevada yesterday and lost 31-24. The game was tied up near the end but the Lobos just couldn't keep Nevada from scoring and they couldn't get to the end zone, either. Oh well, at least they haven't lost games that are outrageous. I mean like 70-0. They lose close games so that's good. Maybe next year they will do much better. The media better not start talking bowl games too early in the season, like they did this year. Once bowl games came up, the Lobos have lost their games. Shame on the media!!! They blew it for the Lobos!!!  ;)
Now for the Cougars (BYU). I love, love, love the BYU channel. They show lots of the sports events so I don't miss much. I've been following the Women's Soccer team. Trying to figure the game out and this was one way to learn the sport. I just never understood the game, even when I was in school and we played the game. It's like you just kick the ball and others try to get it away from you. Then you get kicked by those people after the ball. That's not fun. Now, I've been watching the team play and those ladies know how to play!! They became the #1 seed for the NCAA Tournament. They've played their games in Provo, Yay!! Well, they've won their games so far. Last night they played Marquette. What a game. It was so exciting to watch. I even got the other members of the family watching. It went into OT but no score. Then it went into a second OT, still no score. Now the penalty kicks came up. After the 5 kicks by both teams, it was tied 3-3! Now they had to send up the next few players for a shot and then Marquette kicker kicked the ball over the net. Now it was up to Kayla Varner and she made the shot that gave the game to the Cougars. First time the team made the Elite Eight since 2003. Their next game is November 23. Hopefully they go all the way and win the whole thing. They are awesome.
The football team played against San Jose State. And they came out losing that game. They had a chance to go ahead and win but it wasn't meant to be, I guess. They fumbled the ball and SJS had it won since it was a little more than a minute to go in the game. Next game is against New Mexico State.
I'm not sure how the basketball team did against Notre Dame. Too many games yesterday.
So, not much else going on around here. Just the same old things.

Can You Believe Its November 9th??

Where has the time gone? I was trying to keep up with writing something at least once a week. But the time just flies, whether you're having fun or not!!! Heck, I can't remember if it was fun or not!!
So the UNM Lobos have lost a lot of games but they're not blow-outs, so they are doing pretty good. They held Fresno State to zero for the first half. I think Fresno woke up and scored a bunch of points. They won 42-24!! The game before that, the sports announcers were talking about bowl games for the Lobos!! They spoke too soon because the Lobos hadn't won since then. They may have won 1 but I don't remember. They lost to UNLV last week and I think their bowl dreams is down the drain. They were talking about the bowl game that is here at UNM.
BYU's Women's Volleyball team has been doing pretty good. Been trying to watch their games. The soccer team (women's) is doing great, as well. I am trying to get into soccer but I don't understand the whole thing, yet. Kind of like the times I didn't understand football. Just that I knew the guy had the ball and everyone wants to get it and then they just pile up on each other. WHY??? And I wondered why the guy with the ball has to run right into the crowd of players?? Can't he see that there's the crowd and he just has to run around them??? Crazy sports games. Anyway, the soccer team got the #1 seed in the NCAA tournament!! Good luck to them (not sure when they are playing, they might already have played and won!!)  Now basketball is getting underway. Today the women's and men's teams played and both won!! Volleyball and football tomorrow!! Woo hoo. Love to watch the sports games on BYUtv.
Isn't is crazy that these retail stores are opening on Thanksgiving day??? Crazy, crazy, crazy. Guess the bosses(owners) just see $$$ in their eyes and don't care that some of the employees want to spend time with the family. Especially those that don't see their family often. Even though they are opening in the evening, it's not good for those that would love to travel to see family. I, for one, won't be shopping that evening or on Black Friday!! So, so glad that I don't have the money to spend on what I call junk. Sometimes, people buy things without thinking and buy things for people that don't even want it!! Then the thing just sits around, hangs around, collects dust and it's just a waste of money. I see people buy stuff that I wouldn't want and think about the person getting it. Hmmmm................. I'd rather pick the stuff out myself. In fact that's what I've done in the past. I would buy the things I want, give it to my mom and then if anyone says they want to buy me something, she just gave it to them and said something to the effect that she got it for me but they can give it to me. Sometimes I forgot that I bought it and was surprised that someone thought about getting that for me. Then days later would remember that I actually bought it. I don't know if anyone ever figured out what I had been doing. Sorry if the person reading this finds out. Hopefully none of them will read this!!!
Finally, we re-elected President Obama for a second term in office. I know of many people who got pretty upset that he won. I got to thinking about it. I know a lot of people who said that we need a new president in office because Obama just wasn't doing what he promised to do. People said that we will have a new president because they prayed about it and prayed just about everyday. I thought that the reason Obama won was because Heavenly Father didn't want us to just pray for a new president. He knew that if we, who prayed for a new president, would stop praying after the election and sit back and pat ourselves on the back and say Good Job. No need to pray anymore now that we got the new president. I think the reason Obama won was because we prayed for a new president and Heavenly Father knew the outcome and said, NO, I will keep Obama in so the people will realize they need to pray EVERYDAY, no matter what. We need to get back into praying, going to church, reading our scriptures, etc. He answers prayers and if we do what we're suppose to do, (keep his commandments, attend church, pray, read scriptures) he will answer them. So if we pray for the current president, can you imagine what the prayers can do? If you read the scriptures, the answer is there! I'm not one that knows it all, but I've been reading my scriptures and I see answers to things that are going on around me. Answers to what I pray about. You can really be surprised at what's in the scriptures!
Sometimes I have to laugh at the people who call me evil. Some people say that I don't go to church, read scriptures or pray. Funny that I don't ever see these people come check up on me. If they did, they would be surprised at what they will see. Then there are people who call me evil because they don't like themselves, as they seem to be the ones that are evil. So if they can say I am evil, then it's OK that they can be that way, too. Sad that they don't see that. Some people don't even know that I can see right through them. (I ought to take pictures of them and you will see that, too). (sorry, just had to say it!!) People get to the point that they think that everyone does what they do. If they're dabbling with evil things, they assume we all do it. Little do they know that those of us that don't do that know that. People seem to have to justify things so they don't have to change their ways. Sad that the children are brought into their situation and those adults don't even know what they are doing to the children. And they wonder what happened to their children when they start getting into trouble. They blame everyone else: their friends, their teachers, the schools, whoever they can point fingers to. I've learned that children learn things from birth to 6 years old and carries that knowledge with them as they get older. So those that swear and cuss, fight, smoke, drink in front of these young kids are teaching them that it's OK. Then when the child starts school, they're swearing like it's the thing to do and the parents get called from the schools that the kids are not behaving. So they blame others for that not realizing that they're the ones who taught them that. We wonder why there are so much bullying going around these days. Those kids learned it from their parents and relatives!!!
Well, enough of that. Let's see, Hey, let's sing some Christmas songs......................................... ;)

Lobos Visit the Air Force Academy

Well, another football game for the UNM Lobos today. This time they're up in Colorado Springs playing against the AFA. Wouldn't you know. the Lobos lost!!! But it wasn't one of those 70 to 0 loss. They lost 26-23, not too bad.
Not much else to say. Just been a so-so week. Not too exciting, nothing to talk about!!
GOOD NIGHT!!

Another win??

WOW!!! Them UNM Lobos can play football. They beat Texas State (I think that's the team) today, 35-14. That's just awesome. People will start showing up to the games (home games).
I went the the Ladies Night at Deseret Book tonight. I had a good time. They had some yummy treats, as always. I enjoyed that as well!!!  Anyway, they give out prizes all night long (well, just 2 hours). I usually win something each time I go. And I was trying to remember what I won last time (April 2012) and remembered what it was when the lady said what the next prize was. It was a CD called Women of Light. I thought, hey, I won What Would A Holy Woman Do back in April. Then the lady called out my name!!!! Yeppers, I won the CD Women of Light. That's really cool. Then she held out a book, or should I say a recipe book and said something about baking. I thought, That would be an awesome prize for my mom. Besides it's her birthday tomorrow!!!  Guess what? She won it!!! Awesomeness has been abundant tonight. Not only did we get some really good yummy treats, we went home with a couple of prizes. It was a good night to spend at the bookstore, too. I saw things I know that would make great Christmas presents and saw some DVDs that I would love to own. Then met up with people I don't see often. It was a really good night. And then as we were leaving the bookstore the fireworks started up at the Balloon Park!! The Balloon Glow went on as planned and then the fireworks ended the night. It was a great sight to see. We watched it and then headed on home.
Hopefully tomorrow the balloons will be able to fly. If not it looks like Monday will be a good day for them to fly. Again, I say, start the Fiesta a week early than this time. It's been like ten years that we've had bad weather interrupt several days of the fiesta. I remember working at Cardinal and the days we had breakfast watching the Special Shapes fly. Not many times were they able to fly, maybe just one day of the 2 days they held it.
Good night!
This didn't get published when I thought it was. Sorry, it was probably late at night and I was falling asleep!!! Ha ha. So here it is. This was on October 6th.

The Family

My dad, nephew, niece and mom!! This was at James' kids birthday party in September.

 Cute-as-a-button great niece!!

The great-niece putting on a show!!

The Greats!!! (grandparents and granddaughter)

Selena and James at their birthday party in September.
The proud parents!!

What The...........................

I get these points from the radio stations and GAC (Great American Country TV station). Then I can use these points for prizes. Well, I have to use my points by a certain time on GAC. I had over 2 million points and thought I better use them up before they go away. They were giving away a Mystery Prize and I thought it would be fun to get a mystery prize. Well, I got this and had no idea what it was. I thought that it was some kind of bug toy cause it looks like a bug. Then I thought it was bug that you scare people with by clipping it onto something since it has a clip. I even sent GAC a message asking them what it was. They haven't answered me yet. Who knows, they probably don't even know what it is!! Guess I'll have to tell them, huh?
Anyone know what it is?
The other day I went shopping at the Dollar Tree. I like going there looking at the things you can buy for a dollar. There are a few things that I buy there to use around the house or for me. This time I was just there looking at things. My mom and sister were with me and they finished their shopping and were ready to head out. Here I am going towards the check-out area and I saw this thing hanging on the post. I had to turn around and look again!! What?? Is that for real??? THERE IS MY BUG!!! And guess what? It's not a bug. It's not a toy!!  It's a Sunglasses clip/holder. You know clip it on your visor in your car to hold the glasses till you're ready to use them. I had to ask the cashier how it worked and she looked at me thinking I am such a dummy. Heck I had no idea. I don't use sunglasses, you dummy.
Now I'll have to tell GAC it's a sunglasses clip. Boy will they think they're dummies as well.

Lobos In Hawaii

The UNM Lobos are playing in Hawaii. Or should I say they played in Hawaii. It was a late game. I tried to listen but fell asleep off and on. I figured if I fall asleep with the radio on, it was ok since I was getting up early to go watch the final day of the Balloon Fiesta. That radio station would be reporting from balloon park whether the balloons were going to fly or not. The weatherman said it should be a go by morning.
Well, the Lobos actually played pretty good. Can you believe that they beat Hawaii?!!!? I think the score was 35-23. We'll have to double check the score later on today.
That is just awesome that they beat Hawaii in Hawaii. I thought they would lose only because they are playing there in Hawaii.

Day 9 Was A Blast!!!

I went out to see the Farewell Ascension of the Balloon Fiesta. I had no idea where I was going to go. I was going to head towards the Target parking lot at Paseo and I-25 but figured it was already too late to get there. I kind of went back to sleep after the alarm went off this morning. So, as I was going up Montgomery, I saw the dawn patrol up around the railroad tracks. Last minute, I decided to on Edith. I saw the dawn patrol balloons hovering over Edith. I wanted to go to the parking lot where the Rail Runner picks up passengers at Los Ranchos. As I turned onto the road (sorry can't think of the name of it) I remembered this place I went to before and it was a great place for the balloons to come in for a landing. It's been a couple of years since I've been there. Who knows, by now there might be houses and buildings in that area. I turned around and headed east on this nameless road. Then (oh, it's El Pueblo Rd.) I saw that street I had been on and there were lots of cars down that road. So I was going to turn around and saw the road above that street. I remember the balloons landing there so I went down that road and parked. There were already other cars/trucks in the area. The balloons were already lifting off from the balloon park by now. Here I am with my trusty old camera and my phone camera. I knew I'd get some great pictures. Now here come the balloons. Some came fast, some took their time coming over. The Special Shape balloons didn't get to this area because of the winds or whatever. They landed just south of the balloon field. There were a few that made it to where we were. Here I am taking pictures of the balloons all around me. This lady was saying something like "Oh my, here it comes, it's going to hit me!" Then someone knocked me to the ground because I was going to be runned over by a balloon!!! The pilot was yelling down to us saying it's OK, don't worry, he's not landing. He came close to us but not within reach. I tried to turn and take a picture, not sure if I did get anything. That was some exciting moment!! Anyway, lots of balloons came and landed in the place I would have gone to the first time if I hadn't missed the street. I wanted to see Elvis but he didn't fly or didn't make it off the balloon field. Yesterday he stayed on the balloon field. But we were introduced to the Shark balloon!! I went after him but he was getting away. Probably trying to find some water. I yelled to him he was going the wrong way. He was going SE instead of west to the river! Silly fish. Ha ha.
Maybe, maybe not, will share some pictures. Depends how they turned out and if I know how to put them up here. You'll just have to wait and see.........

Day 1 Has Been Grounded

Yeppers, no flying today!! The weather people have been saying that all week!! Always the week before Balloon Fiesta, the weather is just gorgeous!! Then the first day of fiesta comes around and the weather is at it's rotteness (is that such a word?)
I am sure the gas balloons will not go up and the balloon glow will be blown out. The winds are kind of there but they said it'll get worse as the day wears on. Hmmm, we'll see. I am not going there tonight. I just want to drive around and see the balloons fly around the city. I don't know about going to the balloon field. Too many people and costs too much. When you're on a limited budget, you can't do everything you want to. Oh well.
It's also Conference weekend. I have enjoyed the talks I've heard today. I wrote down someone's name as I liked his talk the best. Robert C Gay. Something I gotta share with my niece. And everyone else. I enjoy listening to the conference talks. Later on this evening will be heading out to Deseret Book for Ladies Night. I enjoy that as well. Free gift to the first 100 ladies and lots of yummy food to eat and lots of prizes to win. And check out the books and things there as well. Wishing I could have this and that.
The great niece is now 18 months old!! My how time flies. I don't know if I mentioned this before but I will tell it here. That girl is such a funny kid. She made us laugh the past few times she's been with us. My brother gave her a couple of broken cell phones. She just thinks they are the best things to have. She talks to her 'friends' or someone. Anyway, the past few times she folds up the phone and then tries to put it inside her shirt. Tries so hard and sometimes gets pretty upset that it's not working. It just falls inside the shirt and onto the floor. Hmmm, how does my mom (grandma) keep it in their shirts? she asks. I guess in due time she'll learn the secret. In the meantime she'll keep trying to figure it out or just give up and find a pocket to put it in.

Awesome!!

UNM Lobos beat the NMSU Aggies yesterday!! I was at the rodeo where they made the announcement. Cool.
Not having a good time though. Bruised fingers and arm. Broken fingernail that was ripped off. Hated seeing all that blood. I guess my ankle got hurt, too.
I went to the fair with my friend. By the time I was ready to go home I started feeling all the aches from that morning. It's a wonder I can type with the few working fingers I have. So glad my left hand is in better shape than right hand. And that it's the left ankle that hurts.
Life isn't boring!

Lobos Lose!!

Well, I was hoping that they would come up on the winning side but it didn't happen. They lost to Texas 45-0. BYU beat Weber State and that was great! I had to tape the game because I had something else to tend to during the game. I enjoyed watching it later. I got to see the BYU Women's Volleyball team beat Utah. Was hoping to see the BYU Women's Soccer team beat Penn State but didn't get to see it. I enjoy watching the sports on BYUtv. Love that I can get BYUtv.
Well, the Albuquerque Isotopes lost the final game against the Omaha Storm Chasers to go after the PCL championship title. The Isotopes came from behind last night to send the game to the 5th game. Too bad they lost, 16-7. Was hoping that they would win this one. Oh well, that's how it goes. Maybe next year they can play better and win it all.
People are crazy. Especially those that don't think about the consequences of what they do or say. There are a couple of people that just about drives me up the wall because of the things they say. And then I really don't like to have to see them face to face because you see all the bad (or evil) things in them. And I don't want to think of them that way. But they cause that to happen. And I do know that one of them really doesn't want to see me because they know that I know they lie all the time about things. Gosh, don't they even see it that they are lying? This person said something to me about someone else and then next thing you see, they are all peachy, like nothing ever happened. And if something did happen like that person said, they wouldn't have been so peachy. And the other person probably doesn't even know something was said about them. I wish I could just go right up to these two individuals and slap them in the face to see if that will knock some sense into them. (and that won't happen cuz I'll end up in jail). Anyway, just had to say something before I go crazy.
So glad to have other happy people in my life. So very thankful.

17 Months

Joella is now 17 months old!! My how time is flying. This little girl puts so much joy and happiness in everyone's lives.
The other day she made us laugh and I wished I had the video camera rolling. By the time I got it and ready to shoot, she heard the ding and stopped what she was doing. Guess she knows I would be taping her and she was embarrassed!! Ha. Anyway, my brother gave her his old cell phones to play with as she knows what they are. Well, she was running around the house with one of them and tried to put it in her shirt. Does her mom and grandma put their phones inside their shirts/bras? Hmmmm................ she was pretty funny trying so hard to get it to stay as it kept falling to the floor.

LOBOS WIN!!!!! 66-21

Lobos won their home opener under a new head coach, Bob Davies. They won big over Southern University. Anyone know where that is?  jk.  Anyway, glad the team and fans celebrated because it may be their only win this season!! jk. Well, they won 3 games in the last 3 years and this is win number 4 and could be in 4 years with 4 wins. (trying not to jinx them, but......) So hopefully they will keep trying as hard as they did yesterday and win more games. I believe they play Texas next week. If they come up on the losing end, I hope they have a close score and not lose like 50 to 0. I know, I may not have high hopes for them, but only time will tell. (can you tell where my heart is?) (in case you don't know, Cougar fan). Good luck to the Lobos for the rest of 2012 football season and hope they win them all.

Birthdays

Today is my nephew, Kee, birthday. And it's the start of our 'birthday season'. There's a couple of people in the 'family' that will have to celebrate their half-birthdays to be included in the birthday season!! Our birthday season is like the football season. They start and end about the same time!! Crazy, huh?
Anyway, I have another nephew who's birthday is also today. He is 4 years older than Kee!! I found that out last year when his mom posted his b-day on Facebook. So HaPpY BiRtHdAy to both Kee and Delmer!!
Well, it's been hot around here and really makes the days just plain ol' lazy. Maybe I am just getting old, I don't know. Anyway, not much is going on.
There are things going on but that's usually what goes on. Yeah, not making any sense. I found out that my friend, Lisa, was traveling with her family to Idaho, or maybe it's Utah. I don't know. But they got in a car accident in Utah, and her mother was killed. How sad is that! They were taking her back home. I am sure they planned it before it was time for the boys to go back to school. I heard that Josh was in the hospital and not sure if he still is. Around that time my other friend in New York passed on some bad news about kids with cancer. Her son is suffering from that. It's just been too much to deal with, even though it's not affecting me directly, if you know what I mean. Then there's the family members who do dumb things. Little do they know they are not only hurting themselves, they are hurting a whole lot of people. If they see the connection, they will see how many people are being affected by their stupidity. And if they don't want to be called that, then they need to straighten up and clean up their act. Little do they know they could be much happier if they would only choose the right. It's not that hard. Well, maybe it is if they only see the easy way out. Little do they know that if they choose the right, even though it's hard, they will find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Life wasn't meant to be easy. We're suppose to prove ourselves through the rough times. Prove that we can get through it.
My days seem to be lost. I just get so confused on the days lately and trying to get out of this funk. Trying really hard to find a job but when no one seems to be interested in me, well, it's really hard. If they would only give me a try, they will know how super duper I am. Really, I am really good at a lot of things. Maybe I ought to just start up something on my own. Is that what I am suppose to? I don't know. But I am looking into things, reading up on things and trying to decide where I should start. Hopefully it'll be something that won't cost much money as I don't have that.
No money, no phone. I don't have my phone and probably won't for quite some time now. But I guess that's ok. Won't be missing anyone calling me. Oh, yeah, that's because no one calls me!! No big deal there. Yeah, I have no friends, which is fine with me.
Going to watch a funny movie to brighten up the day!!

Something To Share

This is something from a friend that I thought is worth sharing. She has a 4 year old dealing with cancer. That's something that I wish we could all understand. Why does it have to affect young children. I wish that Elissa could have her life back before this hit them but she's such an inspiration with the things she has to say dealing with this. I don't think I could be as strong as her. I love to read her posts and see that my life isn't as bad as I think it is. Especially when the times come when it seems that I'm at a dead end. I wish I could fix things for my family so they don't have to suffer more than they are now. But it's up to each of us to fix that. They can't just rely upon others to fix their problems. I say that we all have choices to make and if we choose the one that's going to take the scenic route then we deal with it ourselves. But if we listened to our elders in what life is all about, our road wouldn't be as rocky. Make the right choices and don't take the easy way out (that's that long, rocky, scenic route (not worth taking, as there's not much good scenery)).
Here's the post:
If cancer were a person I would personally kill him or her without thinking twice. If cancer were a
person I am pretty sure he or she would be far more hated than any villain,or any other criminal, political leader,or stupid politician, bad agenda, stupid comment, political issue, religious dispute or difference, ex boyfriend all rolled into one. Far more hated and far more fulfilling a topic than all the chick fa lay nonsense.I would personally trash it with all I had without thinking twice and without considering consequences. I wish with all my heart I could fight this instead of my sweet Matthew man, but right now when Matthew seems to be doing alright our world is crumbling around us. If For one second you think someone's opinion that differs from yours deserves a slap in the face then times that frustration anger and obsession by a million. Cancer didn't ask my opinion when it took Timothy or Brian. It didn't care what my religious or anyone else's religious background was when it attacked their loved one and stole precious time from them. It never considered the pain and suffering it caused as it slowly or quickly turns its victim into something so far physically from their original state that in some cases they are completely irreconcilable before it finally takes them for good. Never does it consider feelings or where you spend your money or how use use your spare time, when it settles on you you only wish you still had a choice. Doesn't cater to a fear of needles or a week stomache when it pushes you to the limits each day as you and the docs do all you possibly can to kill it off or hold it at bay. Truly doesn't give a crap about the families it splits up, it's unbiased and never apologetic for what it does. If cancer was a person I do not think I could forgive he or she for all the pain they cause and for the havoc it has wreaked on so many I love. So yesterday when a beautiful 14 yr old girl posted that while she has been fighting neuroblastoma for the last 5 yrs she has now developed a secondary cancer due to countless numbers of treatment so she is now actively fighting neuroblastoma and is now in the beginning stages of leukemia as well. She after five yrs at fourteen yrs old has decided she is done fighting this off. Just one more beautiful person the World will need to morn the loss of. Just one more talented beautiful intelligent hard working incredible person who will not get the chance to make so so many depictions nor have the luxury of living a life full of depictions she got to make.....be them good or bad she decisions she doesn't have that option. Then today when my heart was broken more than it has ever been before when I get a message that my sweet buddy JR ismatbthe end of his fight. One of the most if not the most cherished and loved people who has inspired many, set an amazing example, and has a been a beakon of light life and hope for anyone who meets him. He was a big brother to Matthew and like another son to me. Got diagnosed on Christmas eve and I was there with Matthew getting round two of chemo. About a month or so later he lost his arm....did this 13 yr old t the time ever complain? Not to me, not that I heard of. He was mature beyond belief and took it all in stride. He fought hard and gained the love and respect of anyone who was blessed to meet him. Today he found out he has multiple rumors in his head and the mets in his lungs have tripled in size and there is nothing left for them to do. The Worl is losing all the good ones, this boy is and will always be a beakon of phenomenal strength and light and the world needs more like him. Pretty sure cancer is Satan's way of taking the choice spirits from us and Heavenly Fathers way of prompting those of us slackers to rise up grow up and make the right decisions. Be honest, be trustworthy, be real, stand for what is right, be ethical, considerate, hard working and kind. Love one another and make the choices that would make a person who's life was cut short proud to know you used your choices freedoms and abilities for the greater good and not for selfish gain, stupid recreation and self promotion. Be what Talia could have been if she weren't robbed of her precious life. Be the Man I know JR would be if cancer didn't steel what was rightfully his to share with the rest of us. Be that sweet amazing kind loving funny and intelligent man that Timothy would have been. Be what God would have you be, be like these amazing sweet heros that are being stolen from us but who would have brought the world so much light and so much closer to God because of the people I saw them be through a trial more unbelievably horrendous than I could ever describe with my ill placed words. I want more from life, and I want more for these amazing kids who are truly people that would have made this world better. If cancer was a person I just don't know that I would have it in me to forgive it, but for everything else....everything else is a choice someone made, being attended is a choice as well. But getting your life stolen by cancer was never a choice any one of these people or sweet kids whose life was ripped apart, whose family was ripped apart, made. If only it were a choice, and reflected as a consequence then maybe the rest of us would be less selfish, more coherent of our own choices and more willing to rise to the challenge of becoming something great even if that means becoming something great in the realms that the world would be disappointed but the Lord would be thrilled with. Can't please both.....can't serve two masters. Choose God or choose to please the World. I choose God, he is the only one who can comfort me through this trial, he is the only one that can give my heart peace. He is the only one who can ease the pain. Relying on anything else will only bring temporary comfort, fleeting and shallow. Choose to be great because you can, choose to be great for all those who no longer have the choice. I can only imagine these ramblings are all over the place but I cannot compose myself enough to think clearly to describe the pure broken hearted feeling I have in loosing these incredible people from this life. Loosing the kind of people the World needs more of and not knowing if we will learn to be better for the loss of them or learn to hate and be angry because of the loss of them. So for Timothy coan, Emily del vechio, tyrese, Brian, Talia, and my sweet sweet buddy JR I wish I could punch cancer in the face for you, I wish I could have taken this all away. I am beyond grateful I was blessed to get you in my life and I will forever hurt for the loss of the world will know because you will no longer be here. I know the Lord has a plan, I know the Lord loves each of these sweet kids I was able to meet and love, and I know that they are each remarkable irreplaceable beakons of what a blessing each day is. What a blessing it is to be able to make choices, make mistakes, and forgive, and love and learn. This is just a small window into how devastating scan week can be. Hopefully Matthew's yields good news and hopefully all these families having to endure so much pain can find peace and feel Gods love. I love you JR and I hold you close to my heart with so much love and respect, and gratitude for getting to be a part of you life. We love you buddy and will be here for you.

16 Months

Can't believe 16 months ago we welcomed Joella into the world!! This kid keeps us on our toes now that she knows how to walk and run. Running from here to there and trying to get into things that she knows she shouldn't. Then she's off to take something apart, something that we can't do, but she can! One time my mom said she misplaced something and had a hard time remembering where it was. She called my nephew to see if he can bring the baby over so she can find it for her!! Funny!! Joella seems to find things that has been forgotten. These days she's loving the idea that she can chase the dog around the house. The dog belongs to Juella. Since my parents have a large backyard, it's enough to keep the dog happy. But that dog is scared of everything. I call her a 'scaredy-dog' (and I think she likes it!!) Anyway, Joella loves to chase her around and laughs so loud when she touches her.  The last few times she was here with us, we must have tired her out. On her way home, she falls asleep and doesn't even wake up when she gets home. Dogs can be barking, sirens going on and she's fast asleep. One time we had to leave her with her aunt, Juella when something unexpected came up. I thought Juella was going to call us and say the baby is crying and won't stop. But that didn't happen. She enjoyed her time over there but was afraid of Aaron. At one time Juella said that Joella found the car keys and went to the door and said 'good bye.' If she could have opened the door she probably would have made a run for it!! Juella has two cats and Joella had a grand time chasing them around the house. Jim is not one that enjoys anyone touching him so they had to make sure Jim didn't scratch her.
Other things going on, well, we've been trying to get the rain to fall here but for some reason it just doesn't do it enough. We have gotten some rain but not as much as we would like. Lately it's just been raining up by the mountains. The other night there was a great lightning show around the outskirts of the city. The rain did fall up in the heights but not here in the valley. It's just been hot. Ha! The other day on the radio the DJ said "It's not going to be as hot as it has been. The high today will be 95 degrees!!" What? Not as hot? Where has he been? It's been hovering up in the mid nineties all week long!!!
Nothing else exciting going on so I will end here. Not sure when the next time I will come by. We'll see, huh?

July 2012

I seem to not have enough time for the computer and all the stuff I thought I would enjoy doing. I think maybe the computer is just being slow. Hmmm. Anyway, it's almost the end of July. No fires in New Mexico, glad to report. We've been getting rain, but not enough. I think there were 2 times we actually got rain where the water was running down the street! And also flooding some of the nearby streets! Really cool for that kind of rain.
July 4th, my friend and I decided the last moment to ride the ABQ Ride to the Balloon Fiesta park for the 4th of July event they were holding. All it costed us was a dollar for a round trip to the park. You could go in your own car but who wants to pay $10? Leave the driving to the ABQ Ride drivers!! Anyway, Diamond Rio was playing there as well. We got there just in time for their show. And the rains came!! Good thing we went prepared. It was an enjoyable time with DR. They did all their songs as well as a few new ones. I really enjoy these guys!! After that the fireworks started up and it was really a great show! We got to see the one in Rio Rancho while Diamond Rio was playing. The stage was on the north side of the field (NW corner) so you could see behind the stage and the fireworks going on there. Hey, 2 fireworks show for a dollar!!! After it was over we had to wait in a mile long line to ride back to the mall. The first batch of buses left and it took about 45 minutes for them to return. The line for the westside wasn't as long as the Cornado Mall line. Once they got the buses back and they made more lines to the buses, the lines went faster. We had to wait for the 4th return of the buses. Hey, they were now bringing in the Rapid Ride buses, those are the longer buses that run on Central. We got to ride in that one on the way back to the mall. When we got back, this lady was at her car and she had left the lights on. She was trying to find someone to help her jump the car. I saw the lights on when we got there and hoped it was one of those that turns off automatically. Guess she forgot to turn them off. It was threatening rain all afternoon so I see why she had her lights on. That was my 4th of July.
Let's see, lots of things going on but can't think of anything exciting to tell!!! After I sign off it will all come to me.
I am not good at writing things and making sense. Guess that's why I don't do this often. I'd rather read other people's fun times. It's just me, myself and I and we lead such a boring life.

New Mexico On Fire!!

Wow, another fire started up this afternoon, somewhere near Cochiti. I believe it's near where the fire from last year was. I heard something about 6 miles south of Santa Fe airport. I don't know. There's another fire going on in the Jemez Mountains. We saw it on Monday as we drove to Bernalillo. I guess it started on Sunday from lightning strike. On Monday they experienced much more lightning in the area. They are having a hard time containing that one. The one that started today, they say has exploded! Crazy. (watching the news!) There's the one going on in Southern New Mexico and they say that can go on for weeks. Rough terrain is preventing them from getting to the areas. But they have made some progress to stop the fire once it reaches certain points.
We did get some rain on Monday. And it rained pretty good. Only thing it rained pretty good in parts of the city!! The valley area didn't get much. Maybe a drop or two. But the heights got the most even though it's not enough to say it was a lot!

Bright Sun, Blue Skies

Lately we've had lots of wind. There are fires down in southern New Mexico as well. Weather people were saying how we're going to get the smoke from the fires for a few days. So it happened!! Friday we woke up to smoky skies!! The sun wasn't as bright and there was no blue in the skies!! Made for a sad day. It remained that way most of the day. As the afternoon rolled upon us, the smoke seemed to build up more. I think about that time, or it was the day before, these 'dumb' boys decided they were going to start a fire in the Manzano Mountains!!! They're like 17-18 year olds. They said they got lost and started the fire so they can be found. People were saying that they were just plain stupid because they were half a mile from town (nearest). And they were shown on the news and they just laughed about the whole thing. I think they did go there to start one to see what would happen. Dummies, because they knew the winds were blowing pretty hard that day. Hope their parents make them help pay for the damages. They said they are going after the parents to pay for this fire. About $10,000.
Anyway, back to the story I started. Let's see, so Friday afternoon into evening it just looked terrible out there. And now you could smell the smoke, too. It wasn't as bad as last year when we got all that smoke from the Arizona fire. Saturday morning when I got up, I went outside and was surprised to see the bright blue skies and bright sunshine upon us!! Wow, it was beautiful. What a wonderful day. Then the winds picked up in the early afternoon and you could see the smoke coming in from the west. Earlier in the day you could see the smoke in the western skies, way far from the city. But as the afternoon went on, the smoke came towards us. By sunset, we had the smoky skies once again. That wind was blowing pretty hard, too. I could hear things being blown around, blown down the street, etc. The weather people kind of exaggerated the story a bit about the winds. They were saying how people had to stay indoors on this holiday weekend. They were wrong as I was out and about and so were hundreds, even thousands of people. People shopping here and there, eating here and there and just out having a fun Saturday. They (weather people) must have visited some other small town or something. Well, the smoke was still in the sky when I went to bed. This morning I woke up to another bright blue sky and bright sun shining upon the city. Thanks to the winds for blowing all that smoke away from here. It's now after noontime and the skies are still bright blue and the sun is pretty much baking us.
Hope those firefighters can start to get a hold of that fire down south.
Well, I think Heavenly Father has something to do with this. The fire was started by lightning. And a few weeks ago there were reports of how our enemies were going to attack our country. I think Heavenly Father said, "No way, Jose!" Now the fires are going on, where are the enemies gonna attack us when they can't start those fires? Just sayin' . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Prayers do get answered!

21st Century

Yeah, so now my parents are getting upgraded to the 21st century. My mom got an iPhone!!! She says she has no idea on what is on that thing. She listed the things she wants to know first and how it all works. Then as soon as she knows the basics she'll go on to other things. The reason she got the phone was because I told her that I needed a smartphone for this contest I am in. And she said "Hey, I can get one, you know, trade in this old phone, huh?" And I told her yes she can only if she's willing to learn the 'now' phones. She was willing to do that. We got the phone today. The guy told her that this iPhone will work for her. We'll see. We wanted a different phone but they didn't have it. Anyway, on Saturday is when I need the phone. Hopefully no one will have to call her while I am on the road!! My friend, Connie, and I are in the Great Bus Race! It'll be fun. We just need a smartphone for points and try to win the grand prize - an iPad!! The other prizes are the iPods. I just hope we finish somewhere at the top. iPad isn't what I really want, but if we happen to end up 1st, I'll be happy. I think I want an iPod, but not sure which one. Anyway I'll try to let you all know what happens and hopefully I get pictures to share. It's going to be hard because my mind doesn't work on multi-tracks. One time my friend told me I have a one-track mind. I guess I do since I can't seem to do more than one thing at a time without getting confused!! Ha ha. I guess it's better that way. A multi-track mind will get you all confused. Maybe that's why the world in a mass confusion. People are doing more than their mind can handle!! Hmmm, think about it. I'm usually right, anyway!! Ha ha, just kidding. Gosh, people believe me in everything I say.
Well Albertsons is doing that Monopoly game again. And once again, I am not that lucky one to win the million dollars, the car, the TV, the gift cards, not even a monopoly game. Heck not even the $5. Last time, I did win really big. Ha, just kidding. I won $2. Yep, that's what I usually win. The small things. So with this bus race, I plan to win big. There are a few times I do win big. Take that win at the casino that had the football games. But after that, nothing.
Well, that's all I have for now. Gotta hit the sack as I have another busy day. I am glad to keep busy, too.
Good night!!

Softball

I was watching BYU softball games over the weekend. Some of the things that happened was on Friday evening, they delayed the game for a few minutes because the sun was at the point that it was blinding the batter, catcher and umpire. The ump said that they would wait til the sun goes down and they would start again. BYU ended up winning that game. They were in the very last inning when this happened. The Cougars scored in the bottom of the inning to win.
Saturday was a double-header. Of course the Cougars won both. They had played San Jose State. Anyway, one of the plays, a BYU player had gone to 2nd base and the umpire called her out but then overturned the call. I don't remember if it was that ump that overturned the call or a different ump. Anyway, BYU coach went out and said that she was safe because she beat the tag out. Of course the TV played that over and over and it was really a close call. And then when the out was overturned the SJS coach came out and argued that but he lost. Very interesting games and I totally enjoyed it.
I also watched the Men's Volleyball team play Stanford. If they Cougars had won they would have played in the Championship game on Saturday. They played hard but Stanford seemed to have played harder. It was sad to see the team lose but you can't win them all. But they should have won!! I enjoyed watching the volleyball games on TV (the BYU channel).

Good Day

April 21, 2012 was a great day!!  Keith Urban became the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry!! I thought this day would never come. I wished that Steve Wariner would have had the honors of inducting him into the Opry. Oh well, can't have everything. Anyway, it was great to see him become a member and so very glad that GAC broadcast the show on their station. I thought it was going to be one of those "you had to be there."
Then there was a great volleyball game on another channel. I was switching back and forth and glad that the Opry was only an hour long!! BYU played against Long Beach State. LBS was ranked (maybe still is) #6 and BYU ranked #3. BYU won the first 2 games and the next two went to LBS. So there was that 5th game that would decide the winner. And this one went to the team that got 15 points first. So, so glad that BYU kept the momentum going as they got ahead 8-1 and went on to defeat LBS 15-7. The Cougs move onto the semi-finals!!!  Most likely going to play Stanford unless for some unknown reason Pepperdine comes back and wins!!

I Hate Changes!!

Yeah, so this blog thingy page really stinks. I don't like changes and it takes me days to figure out what I am doing.
Anyway, wanted to say that Friday the 13th was lucky for me. I went to get those scratchers the radio stations were giving out. I managed to get to 4 remotes and got 4 scratchers. And if I bought $7 or $10 of lottery tickets (including scratchers) I could spin the wheel for prizes!! So I had money in my pocket and bought some tickets. I got me a lunch bag, a duffle bag and those thingys you put in your car windshield to keep the heat out of the car (sorry can't think of the name of it at the moment!) Anyway, those free scratchers won me $7 and I won $1 on two Roadrunner Cash tickets. Not bad for an unlucky day!!

Friday the 13th

Can not believe that April is halfway over (almost). Seems that I am not caught up to date. My days are just confusing at times. I forget what day it is. For some reason I kept thinking today (Thursday) was Friday. (I am still up from Thursday). Anyway, I finally got the days back in order. I just hope I don't think we're on Saturday. Very confusing.
I've been back at sewing. I made a little outfit for my great niece. She fits into 18-month old clothes bought at the store. She doesn't fit in 18-month old clothes made at home!! These patterns they put out for that size is way too big. There was a guide to cut the elastic and I thought "this is too big for her." I cut it out and when I finished the garment and tried it on her, it was like 2-3 times bigger than her. So I had to fix it to fit her. I made a couple more outfits for her but this time made sure it was cut to fit her. Her parents are happy with the new clothes. Seems that they've been holding on to the newborn sizes and trying to make her wear them. And then they squeezed her big feet into these tiny shoes!! What were they thinking!! Poor thing. I took the shoes off her and she was ready to go run around the house. But wait! She realized that she wasn't ready to run on her own. She's trying to, though. Each time she fell on her butt and was about to cry but realized that it wasn't going to get her anywhere. She got up and tried again to walk on her own. She doesn't try to grab hold of the furniture or wall to help her, she wants to go on her own. Such as funny kid. Then she discovered the dogs outside. She wanted to go out there and watch them. I had her touch one of them with her foot and she screamed out in laughter. She thought that was so funny. She wanted to do it again but the dog wanted nothing to do with her. I guess the dog is just a scaredy-dog.
I had to go pick up my niece at work today. She wanted to go to the bank or the ATM to get some money to pay for the phone. Then I told her I was getting hungry as I hadn't eaten since early morning. She said I can go ahead and eat as she had a lunch date with her friend. So I just stopped at McDonald's for a quick bite of a hamburger. At least get something so I don't pass out while driving. She was telling me about her friend and how he was afraid to tell his family that he quit his job. I guess they got angry at his cousins for quitting their jobs/education. One wanted to go to culinary school but they told him that was not a good idea. He was studying some other major and decided that wasn't for him. He had started working fast food and really enjoyed it. So he thought cooking was his thing to do. The family quit helping him out. That's sad as they don't see that what he was interested in wasn't what they thought he should do. I guess his sister got a degree in education and decided she wasn't all that thrilled in teaching afterall. She wants to do something else and they shot her down. She's not doing much these days. Then I told my niece of what I thought they should do. When we got to her house she told me "Auntie, you always know the right things to say. Thank you."
Wish me luck today (Friday the 13th). The radio stations (3) are out today giving away a Red, White & Blue lottery scratcher ticket to the first 50 people who visit wherever they are. I hope to be lucky and get a ticket, a winning ticket!! People say I am so lucky when I win things. Those things I win are 'small' things. I mean, like the last 6 Roadrunner Cash tickets I bought turned out to be $1 winnings. Yep, $6 is what I've won so far. It's not much of a jackpot, not like the millions these other ones give away. I like buying a ticket here and there for the Roadrunner Cash. Someone had just won about $225,000 and it's back down to $27,000 today. I think the most it went up to was around $600,000. I don't know if they ever announced who won that one or if it was several people who won.

Changes and Other Things

So now it's April. I have to get use to that and before you know it, it's going to be June or July!!! I am getting old.
Well, when I signed on here today, there are changes and I don't like it. I wasn't even use to the other one. So I sort of got lost when trying to post something. I have no idea what's going on. One day I will understand these changes that happens to every thing. Just when I get use to it...........
I have Facebook and don't post anything there either. I don't have the time to do that. Maybe, once in a while I will post something but I just read whatever is up at the moment.
There is something I look forward to doing in a few weeks. The ABQ Ride (transit) is having a contest called the Great Bus Race. (something like that)  Named after the CBS show The Amazing Race. Last year they held the event for the first time and it was a hit. My friend found the website and told me about it but it was too late to sign up. We said that we're going to try this year, if they have the event again. They did say they were going to do it and I made sure I signed up for it. And we got a spot in the contest. We will race with 29 other teams, riding the bus around the city finding clues and then get to the finish line. We have to have a Smartphone to read those QR codes and then when we're done and return to the finish line, the first team to get across with the most points will win the grand prize. I think it's an iPad. They're also giving away iPods to other winning teams. The teams consist of 2 people. It will be exciting to do this. I ride the bus a lot so I hope that will be a plus for us. I usually do good with clues, too.
Yeah, so I ramble on and on. I don't really make sense because my fingers type at the speed that my mind isn't at. Well, my mind runs faster than I type (same thing, huh?)
Oh yes, my great niece turns 1 year old this month!! It's also her mom's birthday month, too. Cool.

March Madness

Can not believe that the tournament is here!! Seems like yesterday the games were just starting up!! Mountain West had 4 teams in the tournament. The UNM Lobos sure put some teams to the test. They ended their road to the Final Four with a loss to Louisville. I was hoping for an upset, but it didn't happen. They did play pretty good for the most part. Just wasn't meant to be, though. But that's OK. At least they got to go. They did win the MWC title. BYU also got to go, too. They did pretty awesome in the first game against Iona. I think Iona just got tired out in the 2nd half. That was good!! Ha. Anyway the Cougars did pretty well but they lost to Marquette. Then Duke, Missouri and a few other top favorites lost!!! Sure messed up my bracket picks. I think I have one that has a team still in the tournament. I think they almost lost today. Guess I'll be cheering for them.
The wind is sure blowing hard today. I think it also set the alarm off at the house next to us. My nephew and his girlfriend were here. She was sitting in her car when the police showed up!! I guess they started questioning her about why she was in the car...........with the engine running!!! It probably scared her to death with the questions. In the meantime the other officer came to the door and said "We're here about your alarm going off. It did go off, right?" I just looked at him like WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!! Then he said "You do have an alarm?" I said No. Then he asked if this was the address they were suppose to be at. I said, it's that house, pointing to that house. "Oh, I'm sorry, I thought this was it." Hello? Did you even look at the number on the house??? No. Anyway that officer said to the other one, "Wrong house." In the meantime the homeowner was standing at the fence trying to get their attention!! So they went over there. My nephew and his girlfriend left immediately. They thought they might come back and harrass them. I don't know why the police do that to them. I wonder if it's because my nephew is Black. That's not fair to him or us.
So the winds are roaring through the city. My other nephew showed me a picture of downtown where some things were blown over. Pretty scary. I had to drive up by the mountains earlier and take my niece to work. I used the interstate and the drive was scary. I thought the car was going to get blown over!! And this big semi was in front of me going pretty slow!! Yep, pretty slow. Don't see that often. But I made it to Tramway and then had to stop at McDonald's to get the niece what she wanted to eat. Again, I thought the car was going to tip over with that wind. I high-tailed it out of there as soon as I got the food and went to her place. Then she came outside and said "Wow! I didn't know it was this windy!" She said she could hear the wind and she was sneezing. Guess allergies are bothering her. They are bothering me pretty bad. Worse that before. It's been quite some time since I had allergies bother me this bad. I don't like it. I think I've gone through 3 boxes of kleenex since it started. That was about 1 1/2 weeks ago. Oh No!! Someone's patio umbrella is blowing down the street!! I don't think it's going to be in good shape once they get it back, if they know it's gone. It's way down the street. That's crazy.
I am once again back at trying to put some cards together. I have got some done. I'm trying to get these invitations done for my niece's 1st birthday. That's in like 2 1/2 weeks. I am glad that people like what I put together. I bought some really cool things to make even more cooler cards. I can't wait for the world to see them!! Ha. Probably just my world will see them.
Well, I better get going. The time is coming when I have to close up shop. That means the library is about to close!! My comp at home is not feeling well these days. Must be allergies. :)

February 2012

Unbelievable that it's already February. Haven't finished with 2011. But I guess I better start with today and move on. Forget about what's going on back in 2011. JK.

So my 'great' niece is now 10 months old!! I can't believe she's going to be a year old in a few months. Just unbelievable. She is getting bigger each day and now has teeth growing. And she wants to get around on her own. OMG, starting out so early. Oh well, I tell my niece that this is how she was when she was at that age. My niece is now 23 and she can't believe she use to be that way. She's way too funny about life. She claims she's in the 'old' age era because she has to act like a grown up these days. No more being a kid. I told her she can still be a kid at heart. That's how we are these days. None of us act our age, not even my mom. She still thinks she's a teenager.

I've got tons of stories to tell and don't know where to start. I hope to put those stories up as soon as possible. I don't have time today but hope to get it started so that you can have something to enjoy reading and laughing about. Or cry.

The Dirty Dozen a.k.a. 2012

My buddy Myles said that we should use THE DIRTY DOZEN this year.
Well, another year has come and gone. A new year has started and I haven't posted a thing. So I need to do something at least once a month if possible. And maybe I could get to doing it more often. I can come up with a million excuses about not posting things more often.
I do have a good reason for not posting lately. You see, I have my computer set up at my parents house. My nephew uses it every now and then. The other members of the family don't care to use it as they don't care to use the computer. They (my parents) would rather stick to the old fashion way of communicating. Writing letters or calling long-distance to the relatives.
Well, one day my nephew just had a fit. I don't know what caused it but he got very angry over some stupid thing and took it out on the computer and the television. He just threw them across the room and was very angry for days. Then he left and stayed with his girlfriend for a while because he thought we were all mad at him. It didn't matter to me if he broke my things. It's just less things to worry about.
2012 has started out to be interesting. Strange things have happened that I never thought would. Both good and bad. I will write about that in another post.
This is all for now. It's really late and I need to get some sleep. I had no idea how late it is. Crazy me!
